NCDC records 304 new confirmed cases in Nigeria

304 new cases of Coronavirus were recorded in Nigeria on Sunday August 2, as reported by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC).

A breakdown of the new cases across states is as follows; Lagos-81, FCT-39, Abia-31, Kaduna-24, Rivers-23, Plateau-16, Cross River-13, Ebonyi-12, Ondo-12, Ekiti-11, Edo-11, Benue-10, Nasarawa-10, Ogun-6, Gombe-5.

As at Sunday, August 2, there are 43,841 confirmed cases of Coronavirus in the country and 888 deaths have been recorded. 20,308 patients who recovered from the disease have been discharged.
