“520 of us were abducted” – Rescued Kankara student

One of the rescued students of Government Science Secondary School, Kankara, (name not ascertained at press time), has shed light on the recent abduction in Katsina, claiming a total of 520 students were abducted by bandits in the state.

According to him, the kidnappers counted them twice after they completed their operation and told them they will still go for another attack on the Girls’ Secondary School in the area.

This was disclosed on Monday by Arise News correspondent who conducted series of interviews with one of the rescued students alongside some parents of others still in the hostage of the abductors.
