The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has debunked the news being circulated on the internet about the body having spent up to 1 billion naira on SMS and declared it as false.
The NCDC took to their Twitter handle to debunk this. They added that the SMS services were provided by telecommunications outfits – Airtel, MTN, and GLO.
