Covid-19: 90 discharged as 226 new were discovered in Nigeria

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) yesterday, Tuesday, May 19 reported 226 new cases of Coronavirus, with one death, while 90 people were discharged from different isolation centres across the country.

Below is a breakdown of the new cases according to states, and the FCT:

25 – Ogun
15 – Plateau
11 – Edo
7 – Kaduna
6 – Oyo
5 – FCT
5 – Adamawa
4 – Jigawa
4 – Ebonyi
4 – Borno
3 – Nasarawa
2 – Bauchi
2 – Gombe
1 – Enugu
